Photoblog - 2014 Houston Japan Festival

You know you are behind when you post something that is 6 months late. The Houston Japan Festival is an annual event held in Herman Park held each year in April. I took these pictures with my phone. I had a bunch of  pictures that I had taken with my Lumix GF-3 but unfortunately I lost the SD card. Since then I've purchased a new laptop and a NAS as backup. In the future I hope that new NAS along with Onedrive should be sufficient to keep my images safe.

The Houston Japan Festival holds a special place in my heart. It's the one event that I always tried to goto even when I was looking for a job. It was the one event that I could goto to try and stem my thirst for Japanese culture and goods. I could never goto Anime Matsuri until this last year because it was always on the other side of town. I have been going to this festival for going on 7+ years now and I intend to keep going as often as I can.

Enjoy the Photoblog.
